1. Acceptance of Terms

All content, features, and functionality within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of the App owner or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. User-Generated Content

If the App allows you to post, upload, or share content:

• You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content;
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works for the purpose of operating and improving the App;
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that infringes on any third-party rights;
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

6. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the App;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Acknowledgement Regarding Apple

These Terms are an agreement between you and the Developer only, not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App and the content thereof. Your use of the App is subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
